Frames Per Second (FPS) Playback:

This specification represents the Playback frames-per-second when your images are viewed from the hard drive. Normally this setting varies

When the FPS on a system is listed look for Playback FPS for that system.

Also see Record & Live FPS.

As always, You must divide the total FPS by the number of cameras on your system.

Example

120FPS I number of cameras = FPS for each individual camera.

120FPSI16CAMERAS=7.5FPS

When you watch a movie at a theater it's normally shown at 24FPS.

Television is normally 30FPS.

This is called "seeing motions fluid".
