NOTE: This unit is Unlocked during a power outage

Requires 12VDC to lock. If power is lost, the dead bolt is withdrawn so the door is unlocked. A constant, small amount of current is required to maintain the dead bolt when in its locked position. Check out our Battery Backup Power Supplies

Use an "ES-AC710 DEAD BOLT SURFACE MOUNT HOUSING" (below) for a housing if you don't already have one.
