Purchasers Responsibilities

Due to the nature of equipment sold on ESLI Surveillance website, the purchaser assumes certain responsibilities.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser, and not ESLI Surveillance (EyeSpyL.I.) or its subsidiaries to determine and comply with all federal, state, local laws and government regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered on www.eyespyli.com.

When applicable, products sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 3, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered.

By placing an order, the purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products ordered and that the products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

As no product is 100% effective against attack, ESLI assumes no responsibility if any product used in this site is not effective in preventing lawsuits, loss of property, bodily injury, dismemberment, or death.

The decisions of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and judgment upon any award of the arbitrators may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that ESLI may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and ESLI as a result of this agreement or your use of this Site.

ESLI's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of ESLI's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by ESLI with respect to such use.

This agreement, the privacy and security statement, and terms of sale constitute the entire agreement between you and ESLI with respect to this site. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and ESLI with respect to this Site. No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless it is authored by ESLI or its affiliates, or unless it is physically signed in blue ink by a ESLI officer. Any alleged waiver of any breach of this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any future breach. A printed version of this agreement and/or of any notice given by ESLI in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement or your use of this Site to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained by ESLI in printed form.
