such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules
prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award
shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent
jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration
under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party
subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or
otherwise.

ESLI will not accept returns without a return
authorization number issued from
ESLI or its affiliates. Contact

to obtain your authorization number. Please include your name, address, product
ID, amount paid, and electronic or paper copy of your receipt.
All returns must include all original packaging, paperwork and manuals,
and in new condition and is subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the
original purchase price PLUS the original shipping and handling charge.
Any and all returns will be subject to this restocking fee. Returns will only be
accepted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Absolutely no
returns, exchanges or refunds can or will be given after 14 days calendar days. Any and
all shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Any returns shipped to
ESLI without a
return authorization number CLEARLY marked on the outside the shipping
box, will be refused.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise in excellent
order in accordance with the above and within 14 days of original purchase date,
we will issue credit. You may elect to receive store credit towards another
purchase or to simply receive a refund.
The following items cannot be returned:
special orders, custom built units, bug detectors and locators, modified equipment, damaged equipment due to
installation or abuse, digital video recorders (DVR) and VCR's.
If a return is accepted by ESLI
from the shipper, and after inspecting and opening the packaging we realize that
some items are damaged, modified or missing,
ESLI
will return the package to the sender. Please return products via UPS, FEDERAL
EXPRESS or US Mail, prepaid, insured, and obtain a tracking number for your
protection.
ESLI does NOT pay
for or refund shipping and handling charges.
No refunds on opened software. Exchanges only if
software is defective from factory.

One-Year Limited
Warranty
ESLI Surveillance LLC extends a limited one year warranty to the original
purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal and proper use for one year from the date of purchase.
ESLI Surveillance LLC’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to
replacing or repairing, at ESLI Surveillance LLC’s option, products or parts
determined by ESLI Surveillance LLC to be defective either in materials, or
workmanship. To obtain warranty service, the customer must obtain a "return
authorization number" prior to sending any equipment back. Items without a "RAN"
will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense.

department at 866-936-6789 or use our covenant on-line return form (click
here).
All shipping expenses are the customers responsibility. If the product has been
updated or superseded, a replacement will be made with a current model of the
same quality and function. Warranty of the replacement parts is limited to 90
days or the unexpired portion of the warranty period of the product on which the
parts are being used, or whichever is longer.
This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by: (1) modification,
alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other
than ESLI Surveillance LLC; (2) physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of,
the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated
in the instructions; (3) any use of the product other than that for which it was
intended; or (4) The Product has been damaged from external causes such as
collision with an object, or from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm,
lightning, earthquake or damage from exposure to weather conditions, an Act of
God, or battery leakage, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical
source, damage caused by computer or internet viruses, bugs, worms, Trojan
Horses or damage caused by the connection to other products not recommended for
interconnection by ESLI. This warranty does not cover labor costs.
The Consumer shall include a return address, daytime
phone number and/ or fax number, complete description of the problem, proof of
purchase and service agreement (if applicable). Expenses related to removing the
Product from an installation are not covered under this limited warranty.
The Consumer will be billed for any parts or labor
charges not covered by this limited warranty. The Consumer will be responsible
for any expenses related to reinstallation of the Product.
ESLI will repair the Product under the limited warranty within one-year after
receipt of the Product. If ESLI cannot perform repairs covered under this
limited warranty within 14 days, or after a reasonable number of attempts to
repair the same defect, ESLI at its option, will provide a replacement product
or refund the purchase price of the product less a reasonable amount for usage.
In some states the Consumer may have the right to a loaner if the repair of the
product takes more than ten (10) days. Please contact the ESLI Care Contact
Center at the telephone number listed at the end of this warranty if you need a
loaner and the repair of the Product has taken or is estimated to take more than
ten (10) days.
If the Product is returned during the limited warranty period, but the problem
with the Product is not covered under the terms and conditions of this limited
warranty, the Consumer will be notified and given an estimate of the charges the
Consumer must pay to have the Product repaired, with all shipping charges billed
to the Consumer. If the estimate is refused, the Product will be returned
freight collect. If the Product is returned after the expiration of the limited
warranty period, ESLI's normal service policies shall apply and the Consumer
will be responsible for all shipping charges.
ESLI Surveillance LLC is not liable
for any special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited
to, personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost of
profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements and/or any other additional
expenses, even if ESLI Surveillance LLC has been informed of the prospect of
such damages. Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which
other than the warranty contained herein might arise by inference or operation
of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of
merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.

contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial
information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
This information is used for billing purposes and to meet the terms of
our customers
orders. If a problem arises
processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. No personal

At times, you may experience a delay in receiving your order due to high volume,
holidays or shipping related issues'.
Funds are collected prior to shipping on all item(s)
that are deemed "custom made" (having to be assembled), special orders, and
counter surveillance item(s).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, eCheck, Checks and bank transfers through our secure
on-line checkout process. Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase on
all item(s)
that are deemed "custom made" (having to be assembled), special orders, and
counter surveillance item(s). We charge at the time of purchase in order to
protect ourselves in the event of insufficient credit line or funds. By charging
at the time of purchase, this also allows us to safely accept debit cards. If an
item is not available, or is cancelled for any other reason after the time of
purchase, the amount will be refunded to the card upon customers cancelation. All checks must clear Bank before item(s) are shipped. Orders are shipped
upon notice from our bank that payment has cleared.
Shipping charges include on most item(s): Shipping Cost, Insurance, Processing Fee,
Packaging, and Handling Charges.
We will only ship to a confirmed address. No exceptions.
Sometimes, due to extreme circumstances, ESLI may make an item
unavailable. ESLI reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. We do
our best to keep ample inventory and 99% of the time the products we offer
are in stock and ready to ship.

Discontinued" or "closeout" equipment
No refunds will be giving on "discontinued" or "closeout" equipment. You will be
giving the opportunity to exchange equipment for something with similar
specifications as long as the equipment you received is in its original box and
is not damaged, modified or changed in any way form its original condition. You
will have this ability for 14 days after you receive your purchase. Other
exceptions may apply. All shipping is the
buyers
responsibility regarding returns.
