In order to wire our Eclipse series
readers for data communication you must run the wiring in
parallel. You run your wire from either the AC-1000 or your
CN-550 (RS485 to RS232 Converter) to your first reader then you
run in parallel from your first reader to your next reader and
so on. Do not home run the readers. Please see diagram below.
You would wire it the same way if you were going to the
AC-1000.
