Although not everyone has the equipment to do so, it is very easy to "intercept" wireless CCTV transmission signals. The best rule to follow is... "if you do not want someone else to observe, run wires.

The bottom line is, unless you have no other alternative, use wired cameras at all times. Higher level of security, enhanced picture quality, superior reliability and less maintenance.
